That was one of several INTEL-SAT photos I saw on the WWW, but quickly-scrubbed/sanitized, in very early 2003, before we invaded Iraq.

Great catch,many of us heard the half dozen interviews or read the book by Georges Sada former Air Force General for Saddam did on most talk radio shows documenting how he flew out dozens of missions on a gutted 707 and 727 into Damascus. Also many tractor trailer loads captured by cia satellites of wmds going into Syria from Iraq.
Also Russia was deeply involved in the supervision of all this as well.
