The left loves to use poverty as an excuse for all manner of dysfunctional behavior. They ignore the fact that it is dysfunctional behavior that leads to poverty. They have the cause and effect reversed. We can't fix poverty until we change the behavior of a large portion of the population.

This appears to be a good time to live a long ways away from urban centers.

“The best thing that black people can do for the black poor is to not be one of them.”
