Powell: Trayvon Martin verdict ‘questionable’
WASHINGTON (AP) — Former Secretary of State Colin Powell says the jury verdict that freed the killer of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin was “questionable.” But he isn’t sure it will have staying power in the public consciousness.
Speaking on CBS’s Face the Nation, Powell said cases like Martin’s “blaze across the midnight sky” and are forgotten.
Powell is an unmitigated idiot and racists.
Don’t forget that we owe the problems in Syria today to the wonderful national security counsel of Colin Powell who, after 250 of our soldiers were killed in a terrorist attack Lebanon back in the 80’s, advised that there was no point in taking out the terrorists but instead that we should just let them get away with it.
