Most people have no idea. Me, I went from Basic to Assembly language, and I have concluded that really the vast majority of people just can not make the jump necessary to program in straight machine code.

You can teach most people how to read sheet music, but there is no blippin' way you can teach everyone how to sing. And by "sing", I do not include the recently-popular chanting done to a heavy beat commonly known as "rap" *cough* music *cough*. I refer to REAL singing. With actual lyrics and a passable tune.
