I agree. I've eaten at most of the places mentioned and regretted spending the money. I get my steaks from a long time butcher that owns his shop. In fact, I'm headed to the patio right now as the pecan coals are perfect for the marinated rib eyes. I'll have a cold one in my hand.

Wow. Finally someone with some sense.

I’ve been to 3 of the top 5 and, without exception, I order chicken now.

One poster mentioned a place where you get to pick out your steak. That’s more reasonable.

I’m not eating a steak that I’ve not seen that it is deeply marbled and worth eating. Fat is where it’s at.

And since they’re cooked on the Weber, it’s a night off from heavy dishes for the missus.
