It’s been lost from the conversation but I remember early-on when Needle Noodle said he’d been ordered to deploy also to the ME. That was the real reason he shot up the processing center. He’s a slider who didn’t want to go. All that later mumbojumbo about Jihad, etc., defending mooslimes was just designed to make himself sound like some kind of warrior and maybe sneak in a couple extra virgins.
