I vaguely remember this guy. I was an LEO in Johnson City from 1978-2008. Not a bad place to live. And we border Unicoi county where in 1936 they hung an elephant. Bet all you Nascar fans have even been to JC.
Johnson City, TN. As I recall, back in the 40s and 50s there was a novelty company in Johnson City.....they put out a big thick catalog that was packed with every kind of gag and trick....from whooopee cushions to cigarette loads. To young clods like us down on the farm in the boonies of Pennsyltucky, that was a hit and a time passer. I wonder if that company still exists?
