France couldn’t do it as there is a huge population of “yutes” within France that would riot. If their army was in Syria who would fight the “yutes” at home?

When a western coalition took over Libya they ran out of bombs after a few days and the Euro forces were feckless. The US had to do all the work.

Yep, they are welcome to it. If they figure out who is doing what to whom and if there are any good guys, they can jump right in with troops and money.
