So if a US state sends legal US citizens to California, its a crime because they get California benefits.

But if Mexico sends illegals across the border to get California benefits, the libs welcome them.

Nevada should tell them they’ll pay as soon as Mexico does.

Shouldn’t the mentally ill be where their kind rule?

LOL on the Cuckoo picture! I just watched this last night.

In that picture, who are volunteers and who are committed?

Hint: Jack has just found out that he's committed.

California is happy to take Mexico’s castoffs but draws the line when Nevada sends theirs to join the party!

So the arguement is that it is an actionable offense to provide transportation to someone who wants to partake in a certain city/state’s welfare programs? Does that mean that Texas can sue Louisiana for every Katrician that arrived?

If they’re Californians then they were not Nevada’s problem.

That’s funny because in Wyoming we have a seasonal program called “For the love of God and all that is Holy, IT’S COLD!” that chases the homeless off to Florida every winter.

I’m guessing you don’t have one of those in Florida.

...about $500,000 that Herrera says San Francisco spent on medical care, housing and other aid for 20 people shipped here...

Peanuts. Years ago, I listened to Savage for a while.

His SF stories were always illuminating. One of which was about one bum that had cost the taxpayers about $80,000 for ambulance/medical care so far that year, and it was only September.

Hee, hee.

I love all these caring liberals fighting between themselves across state lines.

When Ralph Klein cleaned up Alberta, he cut welfare payments in half and provided one-way Greyhound tickets to Victoria, BC for all welfare recipients who wanted one! (British Columbia had the highest welfare payments in Canada.) Good plan!

There is a reason that Canadians call BC ‘British California’!

California has been absorbing lunatics from the other lower 47 states for 50 years.

Our most prominent leftist politicians were born somewhere else. I've long ago given up hope they will ever leave.

This is getting laughed at in Nevada, and let me tell you why:

California does it to us. We're just sending their felons and criminally insane homeless people back to where they came from.

Nevada's prisons and jails are full of Californian jailbirds. When they're released, they need to go back to wherever the hell they came from.

Besides, what nerve California has in saying we're dumping their 'homeless' population on them when they're the ones renting prison space in Nevada to alleviate pressure on California's overflowing prison population -- an overcrowding problem that a Federal judge has ruled is unconstitutional, in fact.

You can't just drive your mentally-ill criminal population to Nevada and then pretend they're Nevadans. Sorry, but they'll be coming home to San Francisco on a Greyhound bus, thank you very much.

This goes on all the time between the big cities in the West.

They call it Indigent Airlines or Trans Homeless America.

Sorry, but they'll be coming home to San Francisco on a Greyhound bus, thank you very much.

This guy's lawsuit asks that Nevada verify that the loonies they're sending to CA are indeed from there or at least have family there before putting them on a bus.

Apparently they aren't doing that now. And that a bit different than a thug from california winding up in a Nevada jail.
