A Bell Curve is a statistical means of establishing mean & average of the group, where 675 of the group fall within plus or minus 10% of the mean. ie. Caucasians average IQ is 100, and 50% are above 100 and 50% are below. Mean IQ of blacks is around 90, Asians about 104.
