If you kept up with the news you would know that the NSA has been sharing information with federal agencies who then lie about where the information came from. So, no, comments to that affect were not untrue as you claimed.

I’m surprised he even has anything to give them. Back in the day when anonymous remailers were the rage amongst crypto-anarchists, the logs and such were routinely routed straight to /dev/null. You can’t be forced to turn over that which you do not have.

one of the two entrepreneurs that closed secure email corps last week said what they threatened was so secret he could not even tell his lawyer what he was threatened with. Any order such as this should be completely ignored by anyone interested in securing justice.
