Outspoken Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio is opposing the appointment of an independent monitor and other moves to address a judge’s finding that his agency racially profiled Latinos, according to a court filing on Friday.
The move could result in a judge ordering the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office to comply with constitutional requirements that ban the practice.
In May, U.S. District Judge Murray Snow found that Arpaio’s office singled out Latinos, and that deputies unreasonably prolonged detentions, marking the first finding by a court that the agency engages in racial profiling.

Murray Snow is a Mormon amnesty stooge, who speaks fluent Spanish and did his missionary work in Mexico. The LDS is a driving national force behind the amnesty push. Arpaio should have demanded Snow recuse himself and turn it over to another unbiased non-Mormon judge.
Sheriff Arpaio is 81, when he is gone so goes Maricopa county. He is the last hope there for the onslaught that is coming. God bless him in his endeavors to enforce the law and uphold our Constitution.
All of a sudden a Judge is worried about the Constitution?
The Marsupial Magistrate seems unable to understand the obvious:
1. Whites commit few crimes in proportion to their numbers.
2. Blacks commit far more crimes than whites on a population basis.
3. Latinos also commit far more crimes than whites.
Only a true “Kangaroo Court Judge”( AKA “Marsupial Magistrate” for you pooblik skoolers drooling on your keyboards) would expect a law enforcement agency employee to waste time and resources on whites and their lower crime rate.
Eventually, America will have to remove all such collectivists/communists from office.
Perhaps they will have to be removed from America - as America was designed for free, self-regulating citizens. America was not created as a support system for a huge population of parasites such as the Urban Ferals, the Latino illegal aliens, ad nauseam.
Reality simply is.
One aspect of reality is the significantly lower IQ scores of the parasitic classes referenced above.
Another aspect of reality is the undeniable fact of American society being a cognitively demanding social structure in which, arguably. there is little place for those low IQ scorers.
A third reality is that ever since LBJ’s “Great Society” and “War On Poverty” the productive sector has been taxed to support the production of a huge number of iligitimate offspring of “single parent families”.
Those offspring of largely black, urban, low IQ “single family parents” have demonstrated two crucial failures in American government premises:
1. LBJ’s attempt to substitute the Democratic Party’s social engineering substituting the Federal government for the father & mother of the historic Judeo-Christian family
failed on a monumental scale.
2. Democrats used welfare payments to subsidize unmarried females to produce children without fathers.
3. Such children have been called “bastards” for thousands of years.
4. There is a reason the word ‘bastard” evolved and was retained for thousands of years.
5. The word “bastard” accurately described the behavior of a child raised without a father & mother as compared to a child raised with both a father & mother.
Sheriff Arpaio is coping with the results of Democratic Party social engineering as best he can.
America must reverse the social engineering of the Democrats.
Remove the welfare system and restrict the Federal government to the strictly defined bounds in teh Constitution of suffer civil war and societal destruction.
The historian Paul Johnson warned that if teh AMerican experiment in self government failed, what would follow would be unspeakably worse.
May I point out that “Unspeakable” was installed in the White House by ‘Low IQ voters who are largely parasites.
There was a reason the Founders did not allow the property-less to vote on how the assets of the property owner would be taken by government for the benefit of the property-less.
For those interested, in Rudyard Kilpling’s poem titled, The Gods Of The Copybook Heading, is the following:

For those who believe that any government can create money out of thin air, the following should give reason to demand a return to the Founding Documents and the government defined therein:

That All is not Gold that Glitters, and Two and Two make Four
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings limped up to explain it once more.”
The choice is before us.
One before, a choice was allegedly put before a tribe in a Mid East desert and that choice was “I put before you this day both life and death. Therefore choose life”.
They did. Arpaio has.

Actually he isn’t. Both his parents were Italian. His mother died while giving birth to him. He was raised by his father.
IMO, If America did not have blacks and Hispanics, we would be one of the safest and crime free countries in the world.

That is those being born. I would say that 98% of blacks aborted are out of wedlock and we are speaking of thousands.
Now one can look at this opinion and call me racist, but show me the figures that show me that I am wrong.
No, blacks and Hispanics are not innately left wing. They are taught to be so by bad leaders. Pigeonholing them is what a liberal would do, indeed.
Ah good to know. the family must be from one of the regions close to the border of Spain where the name can be either Spanish or Italian.
