The people in the studio engaging with Levin are thought leaders. They write the things that Drudge links to others.
I'm not saying that Drudge doesn't serve a purpose, just that he's not the creator of ideas. I'd put Drudge into the category of Levin's "Paul and Paulette Revere." Drudge watches others and gets the word out, but he's not crafting the strategy himself.
