Do we really want the government to decide whether two people should be permitted to have children? At what point would a couple be declared unsuited to reproduce? The less government control, the better.
Many, many infertile couples would give almost anything for a baby.

When a couple have been determined to be mentally defective, like these two, they are likely to produce a mentally defective child that will most likely be supported by my tax dollars. Their rights to reproduce end where my wallet begins.
