The heterosexual would face the same charges. Claiming “persecution” due to lesbianism is a defense tactic, a diversion, and a lie.
In many states sex involving penetration with a minor is considered aggravated sexual assault if you are 18 or older and the victim is at least 4 years younger whether its consensual or not. The lesbian should not get a pass. They want equal rights; let them have it.
But, get used to it. We will see this more and more as such cases get dismissed.
The idea is to desensitize the nation to the underage angle and sensitize the nation to the plight of an abused minority.
Then, by selectively focusing on only cases where the perpetrator is only 5 years older than the victim, they can expand to 7 years, 10 years, etc.
This is all being done to set the stage for a lowering of the age of consent laws to 13.
