It sure seems to me like the prosecutor is overdoing this one if that is the case. I mean it should not just be ignored but people on here pushing for 20 years is crazy. These are kids.

The charges have been greatly reduced, plea refused, demands jury trial.
I think she may regret that decision. She’s militant.
