Because,IIRC,the UCMJ states that with a charge that carries a possible death sentence a court martial *must* occur,even if the accused pleads guilty.
And no medal or recognition for this American hero. I truly despises the American Quisling traitors from the perfumed prince PC generals up to the traitor-in-chief.
Lord, bless our fellow Tennessean, Spc Frederick Greene who died unarmed, charging Nidal Hasan who was in the midst of carrying out mass murder. Greene died trying to defend his brothers. May this young soldier receive a reward from Christ our God.
I will be seeing my Congressman this afternoon - Phil Roe TN-1 who also represents SPC Greene. I will get this in front of him and report back.
Please do, as a fellow Tenn state resident, I would like to know why this wasn’t published sooner.
I had to read this to find out if the poor guy got killed. I’ve been shot three times in my life but never had an autopsy. Why didn’t they say “Shot twelve times and killed”. Sheesh.
It is coming out in trial testimony. I am not sure how discovery works in a military court.
We’re going to get there early and I’ll do my best to get the question asked.

The town hall was a little disappointing. We had to submit written questions - no dialog was allowed. Roe agreed that he "workplace violence" was not right and said that there are efforts to rectify the impact on the victims from that.
Thank you for your effort. His “workplace violence” line pisses me off. Lets me know all I need to know about him.
