Online college education. The only answer and the wave of the future.
While I like Mike Adams’ columns and his positions generally, he seems to forget he is writing from behind the same shield of tenure as is the president of the faculty senate. Adams’ position is on target that the official e-mails from that office ought to just concern themselves with campus issues. The recently-passed laws are no longer issues as they have become settled law. Always a good argument to use with a liberal.

There will be a crash of all university funding and associated suppliers and housing...it is unsustainable. Saving for college knowing 50% or more of the classes are crap and miseducation/brainwashing is unacceptable. I refuse to go into debt for my kids’ education...so, my plan is not made yet but will be some, post-high school preparation for “being productive, earning citizens”...on-line education, mentoring, apprenticing, not sure...as a small business owner that has already started anyway.
Observation: ever notice when someone talks about an MBA or a masters degree or PhD, it is like this:
“I earned my masters in so and so” instead of, “I earned a masters in so and so” ...do you see the difference? The collegiate degree is an end unto itself instead of a means to an end...I’m so sick of hearing the “degree in social work” crap!
