The hospital is Kapi’olani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital. The attending physician was Dr. David A Sinclair, the time of birth was 7:24 pm, the date of birth was August 4, 1961 and in 2009, the hospital published a letter from Obama in their Centennial Anniversary Magazine in which Obama thanked Kapi’olani for being “the place of my birth.”
