Yeah, it’ll give more time for Lerner’s brakes to give out while she’s speeding down a twisty mountain road, or be found with 3 bullet holes in the back of her head while she has a pistol in one hand & a suicide note in the other!

The title should be:
Lerner attempts to conceal questionable or illegal official acts - indictment to follow

I hope they continue to pile on. With the prospect of life in prison and forfeiture of all assets, ms. Lerner may just decide to spill the beans.
NEVER happen with Zero and Holder at the ready. As a last resort Zero would just pardon her. After all she was carrying out his orders.
Does anyone remember the media furor when Rove was accused by the libtards of using private email accounts???

Give her a break...she just wanted to telework during inclement weather, and didn't want to undock her computer at work.
I'm surprised Snowden didn't try that excuse.

Maybe the NSA is ‘Anonymous’? Yikes. Anonymous goes silent when it comes to attacking those they SHOULD attack. Like in this case.. Or, maybe they’re afraid of being Breitbarted?

Standard operating procedure in the regime.
A common thread in all of the Obama scandals is total stupidity on the part of the perps.
Using your personal e mail to communicate secretly out of the Governments official documentation and archiving system works great as long as you can keep it secret.
Once you get caught, however, it becomes your worst nightmare.
First off, it documents malfeasance on the parts of all parties who are working to circumvent the lawful process of communication.
Second, it is a crime to handle confidential IRS information in such a fashion.
Third, there are no protections or restrictions , such as the ability to assert executive privilege, on Congress's ability to investigate and subpoena personally transmitted confidential IRS information or communications, especially in light of (2) above.
This is a big screw up that is really going to hurt Lerner almost as much as her playing games on asserting the 5th Amendment
