Those who pay taxes already get it.. it’s the half that doesn’t something needs to be done with.
You are correct, but I think you miss the point. Many of those who do pay taxes allow themselves to get all off track on other things than the size of govt by election day. Also, this would put coverag of tax day right into the election cycle as well.
