The harassment is organized. When Massachusetts citizens signed up on a referendum to put same sex marriage on the ballot, the gays got the names and addresses of the signers and put them on the internet. You can bet that taxpayers money is going to these extremist gay groups who conspire to intimidate the population. These people are bullies.
