Well before this got signed into law with the Vice President congratulating the President with "This is really a big F___ing Deal!" we should have had an even bigger rout of the Demonicrats in 2010 than the historical rout we enjoyed, followed by a seige on the Senate and the Supremes and even the MSM till this obamination was tossed on the ash-heap of history!!!
I personally drove to DC to join the Tea Party protest which was bigger than any previous, regardless of the chicken park police helicopter estimate who couldn't see about a 2nd million of us trying to avoid heat stroke in the shade of each and every tree on that stifling day in may 2010.
Never in our history have so many raced across this country to swell the objection to this man-made malignant curse, only to be deliberately ignored and then be forced to watch the basic nature of our economic and health protection system be set up for abject destruction after having achieved global pre-eminence in the history of mankind!!!
I now have to agree with the Vice Presidents comment in that the American people got that F___ing by both the Demonicrats AND the Repellicans who wouldn't and won't do enough to turn this once great nation away from this admitted Democrat "Train Wreck!" A whole lot of American's are spinning in their graves without a doubt!!!
What a hideous, unforgiveable shame!!!
note my post 8 and comment please?
People whose household income is too small to qualify for the subsidy will be put on Medicaid. People whose household income exceeds 400 percent of the FPL will get no subsidy at all.
According to the IRS, which responded to a CNSNews.com inquiry on the issue, a household earning an annual income that is just $1 more than 400 percent of the FPL is ineligible for an Obamacare subsidy, period.
As explained by both the IRSwhich wrote the regulation governing the Obamacare subsidy—and the Congressional Research Service, which published a July 31 report on the matter (Health Insurance Premium Credits in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act), the Obamacare insurance-premium subsidy essentially works as a cap on the percentage of annual income an eligible person is required to pay in health-insurance premiums.
