Not really....NH is 95% white & about 2+% asian. There are no “hispanic areas” in the state. The state is less than 3% black & hispanic. In general southern NH is conservative & very wealthy. There are some problem spots in Manchester & Nashua.
Overall the state is very safe & the quality of life is outstanding. North of Concord, which is in central NH, it gets rural quick....you don’t have to go too far north. There’s only 1.3 million people in the state. My retirement place is up there & I can’t wait to decamp where I am right now and get up there.
In a small part of each it means English and Portuguese.
In Northern New Hampshire it means Canadian French and English.
Yet in the Littleton Lowes store there are aisle banners in Spanish and English.
This is in one of the closest Lowes to the French Canadian border.
At first I was disgusted by this ignorance by Lowes.
Then I realized this was really a complement to the French Canadians.
I shows that Lowes thinks the French Canadians are smart enough and industrious enough to uses a French - English dictionary.
It also shows Lowes thinks Spanish speakers are just too dumb and lazy to ever figure out any English words.
The PRs in Manchester and Nashua will be happy to hear that.
