Even though its mostly all hillary's doing I think both hill and jarrett decided to throw it all on the back of the cia. With petraeus on the ropes it was pretty easy to do. Just put one of their own,or a blackmailed version thereof in current cia chief John Brennan and tell him what to do.

If former FBI agent John Guandolo is correct(and there is all kinds of nasty allegations about him,Guandolo, telling me he's probably on to something) sometime in the 90's Brennan turned muzzie. If so he could easily be blackmailed by the regime. It's what they do best.
