Oh, did we say Obamacare required 30 weeks of training for its “navigators”? We really meant 20:
Opening day for the new health-insurance marketplaces is two months away, but efforts to recruit and train workers to help people enroll are barely off the ground in many states. With time running short before enrollment kicks off Oct. 1, the Obama administration last week cut back on training requirements for these ‘navigators.’ Officials were concerned there might not be enough time to do more-extensive training before the health-insurance exchanges open … Three weeks ago, the administration said navigators would need up to 30 hours of training before they start, but it said last week that 20 hours would be sufficient.
Add this alteration to the ever-growing roster of ex post facto revisions to the law, some of which appear to be patently illegal (not that the president gives a damn). The Washington Post notes that Obamacare officials are concerned that the law’s security testing regimen is “months behind” schedule, with the October 1 launch date just around the corner. Remember, the aforementioned “navigators” may pose a substantial security risk, too.

A healthcare system will work well when I don’t need a navigator. In fact, the least of my goals in life is to know my health insurance policy inside-out.
The thought that someone can make $100K JUST TO EXPLAIN THE DAMN POLICY is a sign of it being clusterF.

“Patient navigators” include Planned Parenthood among the long list of…organizations that are expected to receive taxpayer-funded navigator grants. The navigator grants would further enable Planned Parenthood, to use taxpayer dollars to [supplement] their big abortion business.
Rep. Diane Black (R-Tenn.), who wants to eliminate the navigator program — for which $54 million in funds will be made available because it’s ‘ripe for fraud and abuse’, violations of privacy and identity theft.
BTW, the navigators will receive 20-30 hours of online training under the 1200 page Obamacare law, and some feel that isn’t enough, likening it to “giving someone a first-aid course and then making him a med-school professor.” In addition, the standards set by HHS could allow felons to access private info----the entire system is open to fraud and corruption.
PLUS---Obama put Planned Phood in complete control of O'Care's Data Hub ...... called a “danger to civil liberties.” We can all say good-bye to the shreds of privacy we have left.

Each "box" represents huge organizational beauracracies with people stumbling over themselves; each "arrow" represents hundreds and thousands of information requests and transfers. Those interfaces will have some common calls, but they'll have to be customized to fit each carrier's system and customizations. It seems as though a lot is being left off the "health plan" -- all the costs, all the restrictions, have to be passed along as well.

Amazingly the lower Rube Goldberg chart is supposed to "simplify and explain" O'care......designed by a consultant group paid to assist in the process of getting states to create exchanges (the ones that interface with 60,000 IRS agents, the strong-arm HHS, and an assortment of know-nothing snoopy federal agencies).

CVS is not only promoting Obamacare in their stores, but also allowing "Navigators," who are untrained and without background checks, into their stores to convince and coerce customers to sign up for state health insurance exchanges.
