The electorate should never grant Weiner any position of authority. He’s thoroughly unrepentant, morbidly obsessed by anonymous and deviant sex, and his incurable and uncontrollable urges are consistently on display.
I can’t imagine having a Mayor whose constant phallic worshiping addiction knows no boundaries and is willing to put everything on the line to satisfy himself and his abnormal urges. This instability makes him unreliable, and as a politician, the public interest of the citizens should be at the forefront of his concerns.
I think New York City deserves better, no matter how liberal most New Yorkers are politically.

I'm with you all the way, Victoria Delsoul, except for the part about being unable to imagine having a mayor of Weiner's kind. San Diego's already got a mayor like that. New York state had a governor like that, who stepped down, only to decide to run for comptroller of New York City. The United States had a president like that, and now has a communist president with all but open Muslim sympathies—or worse. Could New Yorkers elect Weiner? I hope they won't, but a.) it wouldn't surprise me, and b.) I'm not sure Weiner the two-legged cockroach would be measurably worse than the mayor that city already has.
I called him the "ethical shining light of the Democratic [sic] party" partly to take a cheap shot at that partly, partly because it's occurred to me he's actually less pretentious than virtually everyone else in his party. Loathsome and despicable? Yes, of course, but he's the most determined and persistent and frank creepy crawly creature in the whole city of New York. He's not just loathsome and despicable, but spectacularly loathsome and despicable.
As for the women in his perverse life: I find the slut far less objectionable than the representative of the Muslim Brotherhood. Sluts are just sluts, and I have to believe many are guilty of nothing worse than bad taste and behaving much as large numbers of men do or wish they did; avowed enemies of America, Israel, and western culture in general, by contrast... Well, let me put it this way, please: I have a hunch Huma and Anthony deserve each other.
