Though Abdulrazzak was allowed to finish the bi-annually offered exam, she remained upset. Sharing the photo on social media, she wrote in the caption, "Trying hard to control how upset I am."

 

And there ya have it. Just like a race-baiter, she is using this as an excuse to point out how offended she is. How her rights were trampled on. How she was discriminated against and blah, blah, blah.

Boo. Fricking. Hoo.

Yeah, there's the tipoff.

A mistake was made (or maybe not), but it was quickly and correctly resolved and everything went on as planned. A normal person, not looking for attention / excuses wouldn't have even given it a 2nd mention.
