Looks like you want to create a consequence free life for everyone. Well maybe we should set them all up on permanent government handouts. That will teach them to be independent, productive citizens. Or maybe we should set up a government program to relocate them to another ‘Rat-run city. They elected the crooks who destroyed Detroit. Let them live with the consequences. I have little compassion for people who live in their own filth by choice.

According to police the loud party was actually playing bluegrass and country&western music.

You know it is "my bad"...I just assumed it was black on black murder...

Of course time will tell...if it was a white man that murdered this guy in cold blood...Jesse or Al will be sure to tell us...multiple times...

Since it is Detroit and it is a majority black - American. (I refuse to use the word African - American), I probably am right...

Many of the remaining survivors are the elderly and retired who never experienced living in your presumed perfect world

1) Where do YOU get off coming at me like this? MY perfect world? Seriously? Do you have the belief that people who have moved around the globe over the course of hundreds (and likely thousands) of years had a PERFECT world? Do you believe that NONE of those people were aged? Your ageism is disgusting.

2) I'm NOT YOUR bro! YOU don't know me. YOU don't know anything about my background. For instance, I've worked in restaurants, as a dishwasher, janitor, and cook. I've worked picking up garbage for a waste disposal company. I've worked for as a janitor for several places, including Target. I've worked along side migrant farm workers in the state of Washington in the apple orchards; with the operant word being, "worked along side" - I wasn't a supervisor, but a pruner. I've done landscaping work at a golf course. I've worked for a carpet cleaning company scrubbing bathtubs, showers, and toilets, as well as cleaning windows. Before you go making disparaging comments about someone you MIGHT want to have some idea of who you are insulting.

I received my M.A. degree in 1997, at the age of 38. I've been in a "Professional" position for 16 years. Prior to that I've done jobs that Americans won't do (according to some). I've also moved around the country (having spent time in several states), even though I didn't really have the money to do so.

I'm going to take the high road here, and not behave as you have done. I expect that you will end your insults.

You have my respect. I started working for pay when I was 12. I come from a family of seven children and am the second in line, so I started changing diapers, baby-sitting, cleaning the house and doing dishes from the age of five.

People aren't always what they seem. My father didn't go to college until he retired from the Navy. God bless you. It's people like you who make this country great.

Pardon my scepticism but I think you're full of crap........You obviously never spent any time with your church helping the indigent and the needy have you?

I really get a kick out of you keyboard bloviators who claim this and claim that but when it comes down to actual conservative compassion, that which the left claims you are devoid of, you come up short and justify all the leftist claims.........

Once again, how is life in YOUR perfect world? Hypocrite..........LOL!

My grandfather was a minister, “friend”. He and his wife took care of elderly men and women, all of whom had some type of disability. I spent my youth working with them from age 5 to age 13, cleaning up rooms, preparing and delivering meals, and helping to feed them. One individual, Mrs. Kitchen, was blind. I read books to her on a regular basis. I also have visited retirement homes, and convalenscent hospitals to spend time with elderly people who rarely, if ever were visted by family members. My mother worked as an LVN has a convalenscent hospital, and I volunteered there too. During college I jointed Alpha Phi Omega, and we did trips to hospice homes to spend time with elder patients dying of cancer and other ailments. For the past 16 years I have worked as a School Psychologist, helping students, and their families of special needs children. I don’t really give a rat’s ass what you think of me! I have nothing to answer to the likes of you for. Hypocrite? If you have some complaint regarding me, then take it up with the boss. Here, I’ve pinged him for you.

Why doesn’t the multi-billionaire Oprah Winfrey stand up and build a town for all these trapped people?

Is she too busy wasting her money making movies and building schools in Africa?

Oprah—charity begins at home!

This also applies to Beyonce, Jay Zee, Spike Lee, and all the others who have made a very good living in this country.
