What’s problematic about this story (well, one of the many things) is that he says he already has hormone-induced breasts. That means if this delusion hit in May, some doctor did not waste any time pumping him full of drugs to start changing his body. No counseling, no “maybe-this-is-a-midlife-crisis,” no waiting period, just “You want to be a woman? Oh, boy, this will be deliciously expensive,” and here you go. He’s lucky he didn’t already get major surgery down below.
