Last time I was there, there was a quite large confinement facility at Fort Hood.

Still there, last time I checked. Closed though. The Army decided it was more cost effective to conduct their pre-trial confinement activities via the local county jail. That decision was made well before Hasan showed up.

We simply must find a more cost effective way of dispatching these scum. As Rudyard Kipling said “ odds are on the cheaper man” . When fighting a protracted war, costs are paramount!
