I say the Tea Party needs to step forward, and if necessary form a new party.

Now is the time.

It is still early in the process, so we’ll have lots of time to work on all the fine details. But we need to make a change.

Maybe. :D

Agreed. As Mike Ditka would say, if not now, when?

you know, I believe we should hit back at the leftist's use of newspeak -- we conservatives use the words "pro-choice", "homophobe", "progressive" etc. exactly the way that leftists want us to use them, portraying ourselves as "anti-choice", "fearful of homosexuals", "regressive" and we even allow them to purloin the word "gay"

let's hit back and call the new party "the Liberal Progressive party" with a Tea-Party agenda

i'll bet the leftists will get purple in the face when they hear the name :)

I agree:

- amnesty,

- the ‘common core’ education dumbing-down,

- funding Obamacare,

- not seriously investigating Benghazi, the IRS, etc.,

- no federal government cuts to speak of,

- NSA domestic spying,

- etc., etc.

The GOPe and leadership have delivered complicity, not opposition, to the Democrats and Obama.
