Actually, the seller did what they tell you to do when selling something, meet the potential buyer in a public place.....Of course the cops in the video had to move the goal post by saying now that you should meet at a police station.....LOL!

One of my son’s buys and sells on Craigs list. It really bothers me but he is 50, what can I do...;O) he is carefull and always meets in an open public area. He did start to carry a gun after some guy got murdered selling on Craigs list...or maybe he just told me that so I would not worry.....which is probably the truth...
I don’t blame you for worrying. Praying, I guess, is all a mother can do when her adult children are doing what we see as dangerous, or, in the case of my kids, dumb.
