If Lew shrugs and decides to grace Issa with an appearance before his committee he will only proceed to lie, obfuscate, spin, and "don't recall". Then what? Another subpoena? A "contempt of Congress" charge? Ooooo.... That sounds nasty! Issa and the House Republican "leaders" are weaklings and cowards.
