Why would an “Islamist” single out Catholics and Mormons, while leaving out Protestants and just about all other “infidels”? The guy is probably just a provocateur or a run of the mill lunatic rather than an Al Quaeda agent.

And just the amnesty bill they are trying to push contains a provision to allow over 5000 Afghan muslims into the country

Because we really need 5000 more people who like to make things go boom

The number of Saudis and other Arabs visiting the US on student and work visas actually increased after 9/11, so why not let a few thousands of Afghans in while we're at it?

Well, most of the Catholic and Mormon forefathers came to that land west of the front range and east of the Casades and Sierra Nevada long ago and had to deal with Indian tribes.

HMMMmmm...

The gruesome be headings of some 40 Ute corpses in 1850, heads stacked in boxes,
and hung by their long hair from the eves of buildings at Fort Utah,
has long been ignored, “You didn’t see the Indians beheading the Mormons.”

-- Historian Robert Carter

This does sound very MUCH like a MUSLIM tactic!

If he is going after Catholics and Mormons then he is most likely a homosexual.

He fits the profile.

Huh?

How?

There were atrocities on both sides, no doubts. It was an abject clash of cultures (and I am talking European vs. Native Indian) which could not co-exist because of the abject differences in world view, property ownership, etc., etc.

Beheadings have gone on a long time Elsie, and it is not relegated to Muslims, French, etc., etc.

The bottom line is, the Catholic and Mormon pioneers that settled the intermountain west were hardy people who were used to opposition and affliction, and they dealt with it and won out.

I expect their descendants will do the same with these Islamic Jihadists.

In other news, “I am a Vietnam Veteran” Kerry continues to solve Israel’s problems while the middle east burns and these attacks will come to America as Obama continues to give weapons to our enemies.

Colorado, huh? Mountains, and horses and guns. Oh, my. Mountains, and horses and guns. Oh, my. If he’s got a bolo, they can cut the balls off and put the rope to better use, if he’s still breathing when they get ahold of him.

"So, does that mean that just because i wear fruit of the loom iaint going to heaven?"

Oh, no. Underwear MUST have magical markingsor they are just underwear. Once you get the magical kind, you have powers...

Mormons believe that the holy garment will protect them from fire, bullets, knives and other assaults if the person wearing the garments have kept all of their "temple covenants". During the washing and anointing ceremony the Mormon is told the garment "represents the garment given to Adam when he was found naked in the garden of Eden." The person is told that the garment "will be a shield and a protection to you against the power of the destroyer until you have finished your work here on earth." In general, Mormons view the garment as a symbolic and spiritual shield against the powers of Satan. Some LDS believe that the garment provides them with "supernatural powers" of physical protection. Bill Marriott, prominent Mormon and owner of Marriott Hotels International stated in an interview with Mike Wallace of 60 Minutes that he believed his garments protected him from being burned during a boating accident.

It is of course, bogus.

For background information, here's a link describing more about Magic Mormon Underwear

Go to Mass and I bet the priest and alter boys are armed. Go to a Sacrament Meeting and half the Mormons are armed. These are not Christian folks to be messed with. Read this early this morning and went packing to church and will keep doing it. Screw allie and his buddies.

No; it just means that YOUR portion of Heaven - Level 2 - will be where GOD isn't and 85% or so of the MORMONs will be - for they do NOT meet the requirements found in the Temple Recommend questions.
