Sure, if it’s a private house and the owners don’t mind the putrid smell of stale cigarette smoke pervading and lowering the value of the property, that’s fine.

If it is a public facility or when where employees would be exposed to the smoke, not so much.

Other than government buildings, no one is forced to enter any place, and even then, government employees aren't forced to work there..............

You sound like the muslim supermarket employees who get hired, then bitch about the bacon the store sells. A private employer should have the right to have a smoke friendly business if he/she chooses. Nobody is holding a gun to the head of people to make them work there.
