Actually he has no legal problems, as nothing he did is technically illegal. Immoral yes, illegal no. As to financial problems, he had a stash of money in his prior campaign chests available to run this campaign, so he won’t have any financial problems either. And he has his gov’t pension and bennies from when he was in Congress, so Weiner is pretty well set up. Although if he and Huma get divorced he will have child support payments to make. Even this would be up for debate though; if Huma makes more than Anthony in salary, it could be the other way around. So, Anthony pretty much skates regardless of what happens.
