San Diego Mayor Bob Filners chief of staff has been quizzing employees in the mayors office about sexual harassment allegations against Filner and has been warned to stop in a memo from the City Attorney's Office.
The memo from Assistant City Attorney Paul Cooper, dated today, refers to a recent unanimous closed session vote of the City Council demanding that Chief of Staff Lee Burdick hand over certain documents under the California Public Records Act, which she has been withholding by citing attorney-client privilege. Your link is screwed up.
She’s a traitor to her gender. Can she even be alone in the same room with him? Would she want to? Why would she work for a man she cannot trust? Why would anyone?
“If Burdick doesnt comply with the request, Cooper states in the memo, the city will initiate litigation against her.”

She works for the mayor so he would have to fire her. And since she’s doing his dirty work for him, that’s not likely to happen.
Don’t you know that Jan Goldsmith is loving to. Stupid Filner has been battling Goldsmith from the moment he took office as mayor...maybe even before!
Why are local political/criminal matters splattered across the national news media?
Filner, Spitzer, Weiner, Zimmerman, etc., are or were all LOCAL matters. There is no reason for the national media to salivate over those situations.
Who gives a crap who the NYC mayor is, except for people who live in NYC? Same is true for San Diego. ...The media had a mind-set that CA and the NE States of the US run this country. .........They are idiots who don’t know anything about the rest of America!
