If I were CIC, my FIRST action would be to send something REALLY loud, FAST and frightening to do a low dip over the compound.. This would probably scatter over half the attackers which would buy some time for our troop movement. The point is, 0bama didn’t even do this. He didn’t even ask the Libyan government permission to enter their airspace. Just this alone is unforgivable.
Agreed. A single mach1+ pass at a couple hundred feet would break the back of any civilian riot and severely cripple even a determined military assault, limiting it to only visual communications, and that only among people whose sense of balance wasn’t obliterated along with with their hearing.
