No politician would LIE this brazenly and obviously unless he knew the feckless sycophants wouldn't call him on it.

No one in the MSM ever calls Obama on ANYTHING.

This then becomes the perfect mechanism for the perception management that allows him to not only remain in power, but to actually INCREASE it.

We can only hope that reporters and editors somehow come to the realization that their job is to attack every statement of those in power; if the statements are true, they will hold up to the scrutiny.
