Doesn’t the Detroit Museum or the City of Detroit have a massive art collection it could sell? I read somewhere that it could sell off art assets for a billion dollars, but they’d rather declare bankruptcy.
What you don't know Ms P, is that the Art itself is in a seperate trust that is not owned by the city. And quite frankly, the people that did that were brilliant and must have seen this or the results of 40 years of Commie rule in the city coming.
