Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not know that her longtime aide Huma Abedin planned to speak publicly in support of her husband, New York City mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner, CNN reported Thursday.
Abedin appeared alongside Weiner at a hastily arranged press conference earlier this week, after it was revealed her husband had continued to send sexually explicit pictures and texts to other women, even after resigning from Congress over similar indiscretions.
But according to CNN, Abedin did not consult with Clinton — who herself has grappled with a politician husband publicly straying — before stepping in front of the microphones.
"She didn't know before she saw it on TV," one source close to Clinton told the network.
"Hillary Clinton was not involved," another echoed.

The Abedins are big in the Muslim Brotherhood; Huma’s “marriage” to Anthony Weiner is not a “marriage”; it’s a job assignment from the MB.
As such, she’ll put up with anything from him.

I recall seeing a video of Bill Clinton when he lost re-election in Arkansas. Hillary was slumped over in despair and barely holding on to the infant (Chelsea). Wish I could find that moment in history.

Weiner is done. He will be forced to withdraw. I think Huma will divorce him in 6-12 months. His candidacy is far too messy for Bill & Hill's aspirations--- Huma's State Dept scandal and her MB background must be quashed. Huma may have become a bigger ticking timebomb for them that Weiner is.
Hypothetical Question: If Hill & Bill never supported Weiner's candidacy in the first place (which, in fact, may be true), whose advice and support did Huma take?
What would cause her to go against the grain of the Clintons' advice? not Weiner himself.
Answer? Her family of MBs?
Without knowing WHO Huma IS listening to for advice it’s pretty hard to speculate reasonably. I tend to believe the CNN story about Hillary- particularly that she may have advised Huma that she should’t encourage Weiner to run. Bill is a lot of things- but he was/is a very talented politician- Weiner is not. Bill could articulate and charm men as well as women...Weiner doesn’t have that talent. Hillary can see that- she knew the risk she took with Bill is not comparable to the one Huma has decided to take with Weiner.
Now- HUMA may THINK she’s playing the Hillary part- she may not be able to see the big picture..
Exactly what’s motivating her is a mystery to me.
