Those folks are idiots...only an idiot would “loan” the government money at no interest.
I had one idiot tell me, “well, it’s like a savings account”. No lie. I couldn’t believe how stupid they were.

I said “so, you like to loan the government your money... interest-free?
He failed to come up with a reply and sort of wandered off. I just left it there. ARGH.

The only thing in his favor was,,,, he was able to keep his crazy, and now ex, wife from spending the money as fast as it came in. When he got his refund, he put it straight into his kids’ college fund, where she couldn’t get at it.
