Wrong. You lost the argument right there in your example.
There is NO, I repeat, NONE, reason to restrict Free speech. There are no conditionals associated with ANY of our Rights.
Anyone MAY shout ‘FIRE!’ in a crowded theater. And, as long as there is a fire, nothing will/should ever happen legally to the voice of warning. If NOT, then they are prosecuted for the mayhem/riot that might ensue. THAT is what has been perverted....not the CONSEQUENCES of ones actions, but the WORDS.
But I refuse to concede ANY restriction, when none is even allowed.
