Actually I read something about that a while back.
Its certainly not magic. Its just a matter of energy conversion from one form to another and the more windmills you have you get diminishing returns downwind.
Also, it is proven that windmills create air vorteces at ground level which, in turn, cause a change in heat patterns which do cause local weather changes.
Wind is air flow resulting from weather. The air mass moves to compensate for temperature differences between extremes. Warm air moves to a cooler location
If global warming is successfully harnessed, wind will slow and diminish overall.The industry is doomed by it’s own adherents
