It was Bill Clinton who made ppl medicare eligible to pay into medicare if we wanted to use military facilities..prior to that we did not pay into medicare... if we were medicare eligible we used tri care for life, or paid the fee for tri care. it never end for screwing our military. It will take another Ronald Reagan to fix the military back right. He did more for our troops than any other post WW2 POTUS. What he helped to restore both the DEM and GOP POTUS as well as both parties in congress since 1989 have made every effort possible to destroy. I say end the Presidential and Congressional Retirement Programs before one more cent of burden is placed on our military.
