Can I ask a stupid question? .
Is this business about stand your ground laws an example of the big lie, that if repeated often enough, people start to believe?
The stand your ground law was not part of the defense of Zimmerman in this case. Yet we hear so much about how we need to look at stand your ground laws in light of this case. Yet such law was not one of the legal issues involved.
Sorry if a stupid question, but, Why are liberals and the media and entertainment industry idiots such as Stevie Wonder all so troubled by stand your ground laws, when the stand your ground Florida was not even a part of this court case????????????
l
That is not a stupid question. If it were a stupid question everyone would have an easy answer at the ready. The answer is more complex than, “because they’re all idiots”. Although that is, no doubt, one of the answers. I think it has more to do with advancing an agenda and not letting facts get in the way.

Yes, that is precisely what they are doing. Alinsky tactics by design - attack, lie, destroy, polarize; then repeat. The democrat trash in this country, and their minions in the MSM excel at it.
The low information voters have a short attention span and frequently don't follow up on news reports. First impressions are what count and when a breaking news event occurs, the MSM rushes in lying and then repeating the lie.
Remember when the Aurora, CO theater shooting happened? The MSM (ABC's Brian Ross) immediately linked the shooter to the Tea Party. So as the story was breaking and interest was at it's peak, they planted the lie. Oh sure, they got called on it, but by then it was too late, and the sheeple believed the lie and were already parroting the propaganda.
Same thing happened with the Zimmerman 911 call.
