1) If a church becomes a tax paying entity, it also becomes a target for the gangster thug IRS, and Obama will destroy,/bankrupt/close every conservative leaning church we have. GUARANTEED.

The local church's "legal corporation" (the entity that pays the light, insurance bills, and the FICA taxes (et al) for the staff salaries ...

is by DEFAULT (ie. born that way) "taxable corporation" ...

vis-a-via it's "creation" as a State controlled entity (ergo the multitude of forms required for incorporation.

Church corporations (as described above) do not "appear from thin air" ...

they are created by the GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY at the request of the citizens(s) filing the papers.

these Church "corporations" are thus OWNED FROM BIRTH by the GOVERNMENT.
