Why on earth would they even consider staying in downtown Baltimore? Are they angling for a big tax break?
There is no reason for any company to be downtown unless they're getting some kind of kickback. The rent would certainly be cheaper and its employees would be more safe further out. In these days of technologies, they could set up HQ in the middle of North Dakota.
