I suspect Jesus did it because He could and to show his Lordship, but it changed nothing for most people. Very few people have the perception it takes to be a believer and less to live like one...takes a rare human being. In my life, I’ve known about a half dozen or so. But it is a really neat experience that takes place during a true conversion...and I am glad that God allows us to be a part of it.
